Are these super strong?
These seem way stronger than 5mg. I usually take 5mg but since trying these, they not only knock me out for the night but I am useless the next day. I can't get out of bed, when I do I just fall back asleep and sleep the day away. Thought it may be me but tried it 3 times now and each time same results. Not going to say it is the product because it could be the prior brand was really weak? Would love to see if anyone else has had this problem.

Strong Strawberry Flavor
Flavor was too strong for me. Texture good. Smells good. Melatonin is fine. You may have great success with this gummy, I’m searching for another flavor

Doesnt so anything
I wanted to try a new brand of melatonin and opted for this. I took them consistently for over two weeks and did not sleep well at all. Would not recommend. Taste great though!
