This was a gift for a friend that is a Doctor of Chiropractic. This is essentially her thoughts...This is very well made & the design well thought through. The inside has neoprene that gives traction against the skin, so it's easier than what my friend (the DC) was using (a scarf)."Having used a scarf for a traction adjustment and been both the doctor and the patient, I (the DC) can attest to the fact that less pressure is needed to make the correction, it is more comfortable for both and is both light and easily packable."(Again, this was a gift I bought for a Doctor of Chiropractic & her words were used in this review)

Awesome Decompression Tool
If you have issues with your back, then this is the perfect tool to help you stretch and get those sore muscles healed, as long as you have a nice, strong individual that can give you a good tug. Just relax and enjoy the stretch. This product is worth every penny. With consist use, it will improve your back in every way.

Surprisingly Effective and Worth Every Penny
Very satisfied with this purchase. I honestly think everyone should have one to relieve neck stiffness and tension. It was a little confusing to figure out at first, but I found a quick tutorial on YouTube. After using it, I felt so relieved and honestly happy, it really works!

Not comfortable when you pull it.
Not very comfortable to pull for me it seems safety issue .

Works well and can definitely feel the pull but the velcro fails at just the right time before i can really feel it. will be returning to try and find a 1 piece strap. Velcro goes perpendicular to the strap so theres no way for it to not irritate skin and pull hair.
