I had taken these soft gels for a long time. Recently the store where I sometimes purchased them had closed. I decided to purchase some other (premium) brand because they were smaller. I've been taking Ocean Blue 2100 fish oil capsules now for about 3 years after trying many, many others. I can tell you after 3 heart valve replacement surgeries that this product is the purest out there which is a testament to how healthy I am. You would never know I had any surgeries because of the positive things pure fish oil does to the body. If you want the healthiest possible life Ocean Blue is the place to start!

I have a friend who swears by the health benefits of fish oil and my doctor says it will do no harm as long as it is a quality product. I'm going to try this for a year to see if I experience any impact on cholesterol, blood pressure and vision. If I experience positive results I will continue to use it. In the mean time Ocean Blue is considered a quality product in terms of purity. I have had no negative effects on digestion or after taste.

No fishy taste. These were recommended by my physician to help lower my cholesterol. I already eat healthy and didn’t want to take statins these have increased my good cholesterol and lowered my bad.

I needed to find another supplement for my dry eyes and thought this would work. It doesn't, but I found a better one elsewhere called Life Extension Super Omega-3.
