One piece didn't fit, tried to charge me to replace
When I put this together, one of the bars had holes drilled in the wrong place so I couldn't use one of the shelves. I requested the missing part and sent pictures but they told me since it was 6 months after purchase apparently it was outside of warranty and I had to pay for it myself. I couldn't find anywhere where it lists manufactured warranty (and when I asked them they never responded on where I could find this) but usually I expect a year is pretty standard. It's too bad because otherwise it seems like a decent product for the price. Make sure to check everything right away and report immediately if you decide to purchase.

Read Instructions carefully.
I love the look of it. But, the instructions for the direction of the poles could have been more detailed. Also, the shelves do not come with pre-drilled holes. However, I had read other reviews and came prepared. I put it together by myself. It looks beautiful. Knocked off a star because of the instructions. Great item though.
