LCD Display & Touch Screen Digitizer Assembly Replacement for Apple iPhone 5C

I bought this when my boyfriend bought a shattered iphone 5c for super cheap. We bought the screen to hopefully get the phone working and let him have a good phone. When the package came (wrapped in bubble wrap) everything was clean and working well. We installed it as soon as it came in.The Good:It came fast. It was in great packaging. I felt comfortable putting it in. It was clean and everything appeared to be in order. Once we replaced the old screen everything worked when we started it up. I was so excited. It seemed to work well for a while. It was exactly what we ordered.The Eh:4 months after we bought it, the phone started acting up. It was doing "ghost" clicks. The phone will act like a button has been pressed when no one has been pressing any buttons. We took it in for someone to look at it and they said that the digitizer might be bad. That doesn't necessarily been that the products digitizers aren't great. Maybe we got a defective one or maybe when we replaced it we did something wrong. Also, something that really doesn't relate completely is that I wish it came with an installation kit. I mean they know what we are using for, it wouldn't cost that much to have one of those included.Overall:For the cost of the product (and the cost we got the original phone) this was totally worth it (even if it was only for a few months.) I am not quite sure what our plan is with the current phone (my boyfriend keeps trying to use it.) Everything seemed to be great. I'd still recommend the product.

This is the best screen I have used to repair an iPhone 5C period. and I have purchased over 20 screens for the iPhone 5C from different sellers in the past 6 months. The packaging was second to none, the screen came with the ear speaker screen in place but also the front camera retainer which I have never seen before, I have always had to remove it from the old screen and transfer it to the new one.The quality of the LCD and digitizer seem to be comparable to an OEM screen as far as I can tell. I have only had the screen on for a few hours and will edit this if I have an issue later on since this happens to be for my personal phone.The delivery was not as fast as some of the other seller I have purchased from but It is worth it to me in this case at least to wait a couple of extra days for the screen when the quality and price are this good.I would highly recommend this product to anyone that wants to replace their iPhone 5C screen.

I've installed about 7 or 8 replacement iPhone 5c screens on 3 phones. This replacement screen stands out a bit because it comes with an instruction booklet that lists the dimensions of the various screws. As there are many of them, of varying length and cap diameter, it's useful to have this reference. Unfortunately, the instructions are incomplete, so if you haven't done this before, you'll want to watch one of the many online video tutorials, which are easy to find and follow.The screen itself is fine so far (after about a week of use). Hopefully it lasts a while...Note that this product does NOT come with the front-facing camera, earpiece speaker or home button. You'll have to cannibalize those from your original screen (or buy them, which is pretty easy).

Ok, so I give them 2 because the actually responded for customer support. The first screen I received worked great however the glue between the glass and digitizer made the screen look cloudy. I ordered a second one to replace this one and told them i would send the other one back when I put the new one in. When I got the other one it was perfect but 10 seconds after having it in my phone the screen because malfunctioning. Let me just say after three times of having my phone apart putting faulty equipment in I am not amused. This has been the biggest waste of my time and my cracked screen is now back in my phone because it works better then the two I was sent. They offered to send another one and I told them they could send one but a third. Really? Why am I gonna continue to put garbage in my phone that doesn't work. I understand they said please contact us before leaving a bad review but really I don't see where there is any reason why I should continue letting them send me parts that don't seen to pass any kind of quality control. I am a very technically savvy person and the amount of frustration this has caused me is not amusing.

If you are not good at taking your iphone apart then do not try this! I am terrible when it comes to technology! When I purchased this, I attempted to fix on my own but couldn't get it to work. I ended up just taking the parts to a store that replaces the screens and they were able to help me out for a reasonable price! I saved a lot of money doing it this way. If i would have taken it to apple they would have charged me an arm and a leg!

What they don't tell you is that you have to move over the home button, earpiece, from camera, and digital proxemics. But whatever. It took about 30 min with three or four videos on YouTube. Not hard at all. Will add pics of the screen I replaced and the kit that comes with it. Basic but complete. Everything and more that you need to remove the screen and put it back on. Also, there will be one extra screw from the camera. It's fine, everything will stay in place.

i don't know if I am just lucky or what, but my screen is good! I had no problem installing it, and it worked the first try! I am somewhat familiar now with iPhone repairs, and this one has to be the best 5C screen I've ever tried. The only thing I do notice is the different in color tint of the screen, it is slightly yellower, but not even noticeable unless compared side by side with an official Apple screen.

When I first bought this screen it worked great! It looks exactly like the OEM screen made by apple, and the display is very high quality. However after a few months the glass digitizer started to separate from the housing. I am not sure why this happened as I did not drop or mishandle the phone, but I am giving it three stars for this reason. I have tried a few replacement iPhone screens and this seems to happen more often than not. I am giving this product three stars (which is generous) because its a quick cheap fix for the short term. Don't expect it to last very long though.

Worked perfectly. The installation is difficult and would recommend having it done by a skilled person.
