The knob to open the safe is really really cheap ! It stoped working after the tenth time i opened it ! It reads my finger i even put the code in or try to open it with the key and the knob just spins with out opening the door !

You have to register your fingerprints , otherwise it will open to any appendage you stick on it.Totally not worth $370 , this is more on the cheaply made crap quality control and inaccurate specs section.I calculated the interior square ft including the bottom hidden space and the plastic cabinet on the top and came to around 3.35ft Not 4 cubic ft as advertisedThe upper compartment in this metal box is cheap plastic, this metal box is sturdy concitereing the quality, my opinion on the safety of your belongings in this metal box is, give me a crowbar and I'll impregnate the Bi**h.That being said this is something I would use as decoy for my real Safe in hopes the cheeseburglar takes this one, or something to give to my kids to play with . I bought this for my snacks and soda, in a house of 6 kids you can't keep anything with sugar cases of soda disappear overnight.I'm not a fan of waisting money on subpar products or having to clean them out, for $400 it should have been cleaned and properly packaged for shipping (just a cardboard box that fell apart in shipping) .... I'm going to give this a couple of days clean it out mess with it a bit wait for a reply from the seller, see if it will grow on me before I consider sending it back.

The design of safe is nice but the main knob is plastic and vary generically made which doesn't make sense because if it doesn't work you can't use the safe. Used it twice and the knob that you turn to lock the safe just spins and wont push the steel arms out so that the safe stays locked. The knob works to pull the steel arms in, but when it's time to lock the safe back up it doesn't wanna push them out.

As others have said cheap knob quit working to push the bolts out right away. Would have returned but it’s so heavy how do you return it?

Do not buy.Looks good, but super cheap quality. The knob you turn to open it broke almost immediately. But kept working just long enough to get outside the return window….almost couldn’t get it open with valuables inside.

Led light Not working inside the door green bottom is missing 😞
