Didn't come with a retractable leash but the harness it's self is well made.

Lasted exactly 1 month
We purchased this because it was similar to an old one we had. Item was wonderful for 1 month then the Velcro would no longer stay latched. The harness is not able to be used without it major bummer.

It’s pretty, nice collar and breathable but it came incomplete. No tag holder!

Hefty cooling vest that works well.
My pup can overheat easily. This vest is so easy to use. Just drench it in water and either leave it or wring it out. Once it's on your pup, the benefits of cooling last for up to an hour. I also like that this came with a matching leash and bandana. The vest is well made and durable, and it fits true to size. Very happy with this vest.
