Tried using them in a 1960s four-color pencil; but they were too brittle and weak.
I tried using these in a four-color pencil from the 60s (nobody else made such a size for that pencil any more). However, they weren't strong enough to survive the 'retract each color' slider that each of the four colors had and they'd just bust off.I'm sure if you used them in a regular mechanical pencil; they'd work just fine.

2.0 mm Coloured Mechanical Pencil Leads
These work great in both the Koh-i-Noor and Staedtler 2.0 mm Mechanical Pencils. The extra colour is nice in drawings and mark ups.

Not very good color saturation
Extremely weak and prone to breakage. Not very good color saturation. Fair price.

Not bad for quick sketches but a lot of my pencil leads were misshapen kind of bent the color was alright like I said it's good for a quick sketch

Too fragile
I can only use them if no more than 2mm of lead is showing, otherwise they break if enough pressure is applied to make a clear mark.

They are okay, although expensive for that they are and some of them were broken when they arrived

I like the colours, I don't know if I have become a ham-fisted brute over the years but I found the coloured leads a bit more fragile than I expected... that could easily be my fault though ;)

great colours, great graphite, the only decent 2mm leads out there that are in various colours.first delivery from amazon arrived broken as they simply threw it into a large box full of other stuff but the replacement came packaged properly.
