I've changed my review from my last, which was 3 stars because the tubes kept splitting.I've bought them a few times now and that problem seems to have been fixed.Not one tube has split, and my dogs go crazy for it

Firstly, the product seems to look and smell the same as it's better known competitor. However, the material the tubes are made from is such a thick plastic that even with a strong grip, it can make it near-on impossible to squeeze the majority of the tube out for my dog (to coat his tablets, so I can finally get him to take them)! The second tube also seeped a large amount of oil all over me when it was first opened, and this continued (now over the sink) for some time before I could get any paste out at all! So if you are able to really shake each tube before opening it, this should help that from happening to you! Instead my jeans are soaked in liver paste oil for dogs! Nice...I would advise that you look at the Arden Grange version of this paste first as it feels as though you get a lot more per tube & each tube is made of metal so it's much quicker and easier to squeeze and please! :)

The tubes don't look very big but there is lot's in them. My pup goes mad for this. I use it as a bedtime treat. I squeeze some into her puppy Kong and she knows it's time to relax. As for the reviews saying the tube split's...I haven't found this to be the case, perhaps some people are too heavy handed. I always squeeze from the bottom of the tube...no need for excessive pressure. I must also add that my pup has been having a little of this every night since she was 8 weeks old and it hasn't upset her stomach. Excellent product.

My dog loves this liver paste. I chose this one as it was good value for three, and also doesn't seem to include any horrible ingredients. I gave two to my mum's dogs too and they also love it, so definitely approved by the dogs!Pros:- Good, natural ingredients from pork- Great for stuffing in kongs, rubber snake toys, licki mats or toothbrush toys- Helps distract dogs when grooming- Thick consistency that lasts a while and can be spread and mushed down- Lasts ages in the fridgeCons:- Can be hard to get out of the squeezey bottle as when it is cold it solidifies quite a lot - you just need to use your strength and bend it to get the paste out!All in all my 1 year old Keeshond loves and has loved the taste of this over months of use. It keeps him busy whilst I'm grooming his long fur and he really loves it. The fact I can push it into the small gaps of rubber toys means he'll end up licking for ages - fantastic for stimulating the senses and problem solving. Can't recommend enough and will buy again.

Liver Paste for Dogs is great and according to my four-legged friends is very very tasty. I actually bought this as I was having difficulty getting important medication into my older dog twice daily. It was especially important that she could not miss even one, and with every dose, it was taking longer each time.I was recommended this and I am so pleased I took up the recommendation, now I simply press around half an inch of the paste and place the tablet in the middle, progressing I roll the paste around the tablet. Now my dog is taking the medication without any hesitation and she swallows the whole thing licking her lips at the end.Liver Paste for Dogs "TurboSnack" by PetPal is a product I refuse now to be without as it is great even as a training aid.Happy to recommend.

I bought this to mask the taste of Tumeric I have one of my girls on. I was finding it harder and harder to hide the Tumeric from her as after a few doses ( every other day as she is a small dog) she realised it was there. So tried this and three months later she happily licks her plate clean. Both of my girls, of course, have this every other day, just as a small amount, I slowly worked out what is the minimum amount to mask the Tumeric, but only one has it mixed in.It's amazing how much pate is actually in the tubes, just wish it was easier to squeeze it out but guess its one way to ensure you never give to much. I have just ordered my 3rd lot of three tubes - I did try another brand but that one stopped masking so back to these and I will continue to buy them. To my dogs its a treat every time..Editing to add as these are now on Prime Next day it does mean if I don't realise I am using the last tube and finish it then can be assured of having more the next day - wonderful when using it to give medication of any type.Another order another next day delivery - more days ensuring my dogs get their medication, can never let us run out of the Pate but if I do I know just have to wait 24hrs tops.

I wish we had found these when we had our first dog. We use a treat pouch anyways but I had always hoped for something like this, that you could just pop into a pocket or a bag with no smell and didnt need to touch. Our dog loves this and we use it as a high level food reward alongside her food kibble and small cubes of cheese. Soon to buy some freeze dried fish skin so we'll see which ends up as the highest value reward!The packaging was fine and I like that it came in a zip lock sort of baggie that all of them sat in. Already used a whole tube up but we'll definitely be back for more!!

But the dog can and he laps it up. It's incredibly high in fat content but it's an occasional treat that I use with the stick pad I bought and to enliven the taste of pigs' snouts which are incredibly low in fat content. No doubt you could use spreads & pastes produced for human consumption but I'm wary of feeding human food to any animal so it's worth the extra expense. Just a heads up: I don't find it effective for disguising the dog's medication, he simply sucks the paste off the pill then spits the sticky objectionable tablet out into the darkness of the underneath of the kitchen table. No doubt others own more decorous pups than I.
