Ideal for outdoor connections
Really pleased with these sockets. Required for outdoor electriccsource in the garden. Easy to fit. Totall waterproof. Highly recommend.

Excellent for my needs
I put this on an outside wall to provide plug-in power to a security light and USB power to an outside camera, which it does without problem. Fairly easy to install, and instructions are fine. It is up under an overhanging roof, so I can't assess the weatherproofing. I also can't assess the mysterious 'sheerness' as asked for in the star ratings. You can just about seee the plugs and power lights through the grey plastic cover if that's what it means. I put a small padlock through the cover locking tabs. Would recommend.
