I’m very impressed so far!!
I was using a menstrual cup and often felt unsure on how it was in. I never fully trusted it not to leak and found it uncomfortable at times, also didn’t feel at ease when having a bowel movement with it in as it once fell out!! I’d been reading reviews on this on Amazon and liked the sound of it sitting further up and no suction as I read cups use suction and often increase cramping which I had been experiencing but hadn’t linked the two. Anyway, this arrived on my last couple of period days so I can’t leave a true review but so far I’m very impressed!! Have worn it for 2 days and can’t feel it there at all, removal the first time was tricky but fine thereafter and so I’d only put it down to being new to me. Wanted to try the USP out so had sex with it in and my husband couldn’t feel anything different and neither could I. So far a brilliant product and I’m not dreading my next period for the first time ever!!

THIS GAVE ME A UTI!
I'm no stranger to reusable period products, having used a mooncup for a number of years now. I was looking to buy a period disc to accommodate heavier flow days, as I found the mooncup would often leak, and so decided to try this product.First of all I found the disc much, much harder to insert and remove, some morning spending up to 15minutes in the bathroom trying to remove and insert the disc. In addition to this, and I'm going to try and explain this without getting too explicit, the disc expanded to the degree that it put pressure on my rectum, impairing bodily excretions, and on my urethra, restricting the flow of urine and giving me the very unpleasant sensation of needing to pee to whole time the disc was inside. All these factors led me to contact the seller to ask what my options were in terms of having my money refunded or if they could offer any advice. Unfortunately, Intimina customer service told me that:"...our items don't come with a satisfaction guarantee and cannot be exchanged or refunded unless unopened and unused, and purchased directly from us..."In summary, customers have to take a leap of faith if they want to try this very new and challenging to use period product and if it doesn't work, tough luck! And even if you just change your mine and want to return a pristinely packaged, unused item, you can not do so if you have purchased the product via Amazon. This company see people who have periods as cash cows and their returns policy is a reflection of that.On a positive note I was advised to use a water based lube to assist with the insertion of the disc, which helped, although removing it was still a struggle.I started using the disc a week ago. Last night, I felt a burning sensation as I finished peeing. This morning my stomach was painful and I had soreness and stinging when I peed and around that area. When I called my GP this morning I was advised to go in and a matter of hours ago I was diagnosed with a UTI. I explained that I'd just started using the period disc and he explained that the sensation of needing to pee was likely due to the disc restricting the flow of urine, causing some to stay in my bladder and therefore leading me to develop this infection. I was put on antibiotics, but until they take effect I still feel unwell. This is just my experience and there are many five star reviews here, but had I read a review like mine before deciding on purchasing this product I probably would have tried another seller. Even if my case may be rare, the fact that Intimina do not offer refunds if the product doesn't suit you - and it IS quite a challenge to use even for experienced mooncup wearer like myself - is reason alone to find a seller that DOES offer the reassurance of reimbursement should this item not be suitable for you.£30 wasted. Please take caution.

Better than cups
This can take a while to get used to, but I much preferred it to using a cup.

So far so good
Soft but good quality of the product.I did not found dificult to insert.I only start using it yesterday. It leaks sometimes, but i think its because it wasn't well placed. With practice i think it can get better.I'm happy with this purchase.

Cup unable to cope with heavy flow as hoped
So the product advice says:Inclusive sizes - Ziggy Cup 2 now comes in sizes: size A (low cervix, light to medium flow) and size B (higher cervix, light to heavier flow)But does not offer further assistance....I googled low cervix and high cervix for clarification before ordering.I ordered size B and was attracted to the product because of the ability to use during sex.You really need to be comfortable with inserting and adjusting the cup and ensuring that the cervix is covered.Once inserted properly I cannot feel it.I switched to this from the enna cup - which is great, but wanted to try something that doesn't use suction, as this makes my cramp stronger. On day 1 of my period (heaviest flow for me) the ziggy cup was great for around 2 hrs, then leaked, which is a shame as I found this product to be more comfortable than the menstrual cup I had been using.I have a very active job, with limited toilet access, and was hopeful that this would last a bit longer before needing to run to the loo.Emptying the ziggy cup is an extremely messy job without a sink nearby.I think I will use it on lighter flow days, but back to my enna cup meantime.

Not for me…
Not for me, it’s softer material than my previous cup but so much wider that I struggle to get it in, the softness makes it worse as it gets stuck and won’t move in. Also it’s so wide I don’t feel like it fits and it won’t go in further, and then it leaks. It says they have two sizes but I didn’t find the smaller size on Amazon. Would have been better if they offered both, now all I can say is that I don’t like it. Back to the drawing board for me.

Amazing product
I bought the b size. I've historically used moon cups and saalt cups but more and more I found issues such as discomfort and having issues peeing with a cup in. This is an absolute game changer. Superbly comfortable, no faffing on insertion or removal. Nearly forgot it was in its that comfortable
