This delicate, well made, chime was just what I wanted to thank our church Secretary for all that she does. I know she will love it and I was pleased that it arrived in a very nice, padded, gift box that kept the item in place for wrapping and gifting. It came with instructions on how to create the rounded spiral wind catcher portion and the sound of the chimes is soft and very pleasant. I will be buying more of these in the future.

Product is good but the gift option shown in the picture was not visible for me. I tried working with the customer care to get a gift note added to the product but it was not done as they had no control on it. There was no other option hence the recipient only received an empty greeting card with the product which is not good. Bit disappointed. Atleast on special request this should have been taken care off but it was not done. Otherwise product is good.
