It looks nice but I'm not even sure if any ashes went in, it's a bit difficult to get in and if any did get in it was smaller than a pinch

4 out 5 * for the looks, very happy with it's appearance. Knocked 1* off because of the size, quite small.2 out 5* for it's cavity size to place the contents you decide to put in. I decided to put in strands of hair in & struggled. Even if you choose ashes you'll get a tiny amount & struggle I feel.The only cavity is in the metal stem above the glass heart which is tiny & minimal. The product would be better if the manufacturers could've drilled a cavity half the way into the glass heart too to increase the space for the content you decide to put in.
