This is a great product with super slick modern looking. I did a lot of research on Amazon to find such a security camera system with quality and reliability. This is it! The system is very easy to installed and with a little tweak of antenna angel, I got all my house front and backyard covered. The APP is also nicely designed to switch from one camera to another. Product support from Fiona at Safevant Service was timely and helpful as well. I am a little regret that I did not order hard drive with it. Trust me, it is worthy if you want to take fully control of the security of your house to order your system with 1TB hard drive or even lager drive. I check image resolution and am very satisfied. Even at night, or with heavy rain, the cameras are working just fine. I can see everything clearly on my cell phone. I will definitely recommend it to my friend.

I'd like to give a best rating on this product. I received it a few days ago, and just successfully installed this security camera system in my house: 3 outside and 1 inside. It only took me half a day to get everything installed and set. The installation is extremely easy if you have the right tool. Recommend to buy a long drill bit (longer than the wall's thickness) from Home Depot so that you can drill small holes through the walls without effort to get the power cables installed. The whole system works smoothly like a champion! It is night time now, I sit in the home office and see the rain dropping on my car outside, and catch my son sneaking out of bed heading to the kitchen for milk :-) The system really makes me feel secure and in control. Ordering a hard drive (~$40 for 1TB) together with this system will save you a lot of time.

They were working fine for the first few months and then started giving problems. The app used for the cameras doesn't work many times and even if go to view live camera from my laptop it only says "NO VIDEO". I have tried to contact their tech support but they never replied back! Don't buy!! Find other cameras that will work in the long run. This was a waste of my time and money

I bought two of these, one for my self and another one for my granddaughter, after a month several of the cameras stopped working, I sent a note to seller, Fiona, the rep sent me a note right back, told me in detail what to do and after a couple of attempts it worked, She even kept in contact with me to make sure that everything was ok. I am happy with my system now. So if you have any issues with yours be sure to contact them and she will help you. Great service

Bought in 2017 worked for about 8 mounths then DVR would freeze on start up screen. Called tech support they told me to update my system in the home screen. I told them that was not possible due t the fact that it freeze before I get there. I absolutely can't do anything. They said the DVR was bad and would not replace it with a new one . I would never recommend this system to ANYONE!!! Picture was ok when when it worked.

This is a great system and very easy to set up. I don't know why some had problems, plug in all cameras in the same room as the nvr before placing them in the final location. They are all already paired so they need to be connected to the nvr beforehand. Very satisfied!!!

Is impossible to see a video on your phone , the EseeCloud is a horrible application. The app send you notification with video detection very late , and is impossible to see the video detection on the application. Only on your big screen you can see the video detection . You can’t enable video detection from your phone . I just lost my money.

It failed to mention anywhere that I would have to purchase a separate hard drive total crap and tech support was just as disappointing the man spoke bad broken English and did not help at all After all the crap to get system up and running it's pretty decent at least still a couple minor issues but not a bad buy

Been using it for about 6 months. Working good. User interface and remote app has room for improvement.Updates 2018/05/01:The cameras and system has been working in good condition with 3 outdoor cameras (covered) through the snowy and rainy winter. One of the power adapters failed recently. I contacted Fiona and a replacement was immediately sent to me. I am impressed by the great customer service.

Cameras are very clear and reception is great st a distance, this model is in freak time, another part is needed to be able to store videos, customer service is very good as well
