I've been on it for 1 week now and so far I've seen minor changes.First off when I first tried my first pill, I took it before my workout in the afternoon. I took it without food as it stated in directions for afternoon workouts. I had huge boost of energy for my workout and it controlled my hunger afterwards. I continued to drink water later throughout the day but as I was driving I felt a bit nauseous and dizzy. The next morning, I took one with breakfast and felt fine afterwards. I continued to drink water throughout the day (as it does cause dehydration) and before my that day I took another (as it stated in the directions). Felt the same way, big burst of energy throughout my workout and hunger control.I was worried about the ingredients (specifically yohimbine and caffeine) so my diet had to be strict. I love coffee and tea with skim milk, so I have to cut those out as there are already so much caffeine in them and as for yohimbine, you would have to avoid tyramine-containing foods (milk, cheese, fermented foods, yeast bread, beer, wine, salamis, bacon, and the like). Other than those I've had no other problems with them. Sleep is no problem but that's because I don't take it after 5pm.

Keeps me up without need for coffee. I love drinking coffee and extra caffeine besides this pill is a no go. The bottle was white instead of black. I am used to taking shredz from a black bottle. Comparing the ingredients there a bit off. I am not sure why. This bottle does not have an expiration date either. The capsules were also in a clear coating not the normal yellow coating. After taking it for a couple of days hesitantly, I had an allergic reaction on my body. I am still not sure if it was the shredz or an antinflamatory I was on for about two weeks already. I can say that while I was on the anti-inflammatory I was also taking the shredz from the black bottle I had and I was fine. It was until I started this new never seen white bottle with minor ingredient differences the I had an allergic reaction. It's hard to say, with in those couple days I also had pistachios, but I doubt it was a nut allergy as I've ate eve r y type of nut all my life. I'd like to know why I was shipped a different bottle than the one advertised and I was expecting?

At first I was skeptical. As I continued to use the product I noticed not only my strength and energy increasing, but my stomach became more defined and thinner. My lower abs was my only trouble area, and the weight loss pills helped a lot. I found myself a little worn out after but not as much with other supps I've tried. Definitely worth a go, if you are working on trouble areas.

There's no way you can't see results with this fat burner if you are athletic and have good discipline. I'm not "fat" per se but I hit a plateau with my workout and decided to give this a shot and I'm pleasantly surprised. After weeks of seeing little to what felt like no progress, this helped kick it up a notch. It's a little pricy but I think its worth it for the energy, the sweating, and it honestly felt like it might have helped control my appetite a little bit. I had to drink a lot of water to stay hydrated though but that was expected when I started taking this. It's safe to say I will be buying this again

Its another one of those products that relies heavily on marketing, instagram, facebook etc to get consumer's attention. Does it burn fat? I don't think so. It does have caffeine and yohimbe which are both known for their fat burning properties, but you can buy both of those in bulk and just carefully measure each serving on your own for a fraction of the cost... Last I did the math, it came out to about $.23 per serving/use for both.My rule of thumb is, if its marketed heavily and has proprietary blend on the label... don't buy it.

Had great expectations but didn't do much for me. I know its not a magic pill, I did HiiT training 5 times a week and followed a pretty strict diet. Dropped about 1% of body fat within a month, and I think I could've achieved same results without taking Fat Burn at all. minus another star because ShredzArmy never replied to my questions on their live chat, phone nor Facebook page.
