This is jothishkumar from trivandrum i brought Akai home theatre model no ms 4460 last month 25/4/2022 the product is not working i need service right now i send message to Akai service centre they ask me to contact seller if you are able to provide service just you do otherwise please get letter from Akai to take back this product and refund my cash as soon as possible

Bad sound quality, no depth
Woofer is made of good material👌🏽… but speakers are plastic built & the arm (design) in front of speakers both impacts the sound quality.. Bluetooth connectivity is good though

Every penny spent is worth... Just go for this product
I went ahead to buy this looking at the brand AKAI... Great product... Value for money and purpose solved... Don't think much..just buy it ..you will love it

Item is very good but the remote control is worst as it's not functioning properly, replace it

AVOID AKAI PRODUCTS AT ALL COSTS.
AKAI is the worst product possible (bad sound quality with lots of distortion) and their customer service sucks big time. After repeated complaints, to which they only promised to address, I got frustrated and sent the system to e-waste. Avoid AKAI at all costs and enjoy your peace of mind.
