Unfortunately there are serious defects in this book . Some pages are entirely missing,while some others are in the wrong order e.g pps 142/143 missing . and between pps.158-162 , and 179-185.pages are either missing and/or in the wrong order Important tables are either entirely , or largely missing e.g.facing page 492 ,and several tables at the end , from pps.505 onwards . In many places the print quality is extremely poor . Sadly , this edition is certainly not worth the current price
