This coffee is produced by indigenous members of the local farmers cooperative with Brazilian Arabica Cultivars of coffee s. It has taste notes of hazelnut, orange, chocolate, brown sugar. 1) ROASTING COFFEE to perfection is truly an art, a distinct set of skills developed over time with experience. The most basic description of the roasting process would be that the beans need to be heated to around 400*F in about 7-12 minutes and then cooled quickly.
