BAODINI Inverted UV Umbrella for Rain and Sun Medium Size UPF 50+ Rverse Compact Umbrella Auto Open Close

So I bought 8 different umbrellas to try and compare also in lavendar to match my new rain boots. I did a wind test and water test and my final oick was this one. It passes the wind test by far and will not fold over at all. Its is water proof. I tested it with my own shower and all that water never once came through. This is a true lavendar color and was the best match to my rain boots. The construction is solid and the handle is comfy. Also the auto button easy to use and closes and opens perfectly. The wind test was the biggest reason I chose this because all of the others failed! This umbrella is it and will hold up to a wind and strong rain! The only bummer part was it does not come with its own sleeve and only a plastic bag to put it away. I would not have even tried the others if it had come with a bag but was my overall pick anyways because the qualities outweighed the thing not having its own sleeve to store. This is a fantastic umbrella!!!!!

I got this UV protection umbrella because I had lacer procedure on my face. Main instruction was to protect myself from direct sunlight. It's a cute umbrella and very durable. However, the push button is annoying!! Everything I use it to extend the umbrella or to put it up, it sounds like it's going to break. Then when you click the button to close it, it stays extended, it doesn't go back to the mini size. You have to push down on it pretty hard. I almost thought I broke it. Just be careful. It's really good quality especially for UV protection. As for wind "durable" or whatever it says, you really need to hold onto the umbrella because if the wind is strong, say bye bye to the umbrella lol.

🚩 Removed 1⭐-- it worked for a single run to my car in strong rain, but already lost ~all of the reflective coating on the edges (not necessary for sun protection). SEE PIC where gray is and see specs of silver - used to be all silver. This doesn't bode well for the long lasting-ness of this umbrella since it was the 1st rain and have only had a couple weeks🚩Ive only had it a few weeks, but use it at least 1x daily for dog walking, and often more for running into work/the gym, etc.✔️It does a fantastic job protecting from the Sun (see lux- bottom pure sun, mid where face is under umbrella, top measuring by waist) ✔️Exceptionally lightweight compared to others. ✔️The size is perfect, and the color, though not important, is cute. ✔️its longer than others I've used which is nice - you don't end up holding it against your head bc the handle has length❌I have CONCERNS about the spring mechanisms failing since that's what usually fails, especially on umbrellas that open with extreme force like this one. Its made like all the other spring umbrellas I've used (see pics of hook/spring systems which add stress on fabric) I'm not hopeful it'll last long but maybe this brand has done it right(?) ❌An added concern for spring failure is due to fact that it's 'inverted' so there are more springs to fail.[❌/✔️] The wind is NOT it's friend but it's sufficiently sturdy if you point it into the wind (which is what you should do with any umbrella) I don't expect something this light and cheap to be able to stand up to strong winds, regardless of marketing, it's just not possible, but that's fine. ⭐Though it's actually done a fine job of not collapsing/folding in wind (my standards are low though - i used a broken umbrella for ~ 1yr)❌If you hold it too close to your head (ie while texting/writing a review ;) and holding it btwn shoulder and neck be careful - your hair can get stuck quite easily in the hooks!However it's been great so far! I'd recommend it. There's a dearth of good sun umbrellas out there and this one fits the bill

Wanted to find something that was light weight and decent sun protection coverage so when I walked during sunny weather I would be cool and protected from the sun.....I burn easy!This was a great idea! Very light weight, don't recommend in windy weather as it is a bit flimsy material and could tear easily. BUT this works perfectly for my needs when walking the dog or just taking a spin around the block! Super light and keeps me cool and out of the sun!

If id have bought this a month later I would have had plenty of time like 3 months instead of 30 from purchase date, not received date, to get around to checking this out. As it is my time ran out and now I'm stuck with 2 umbrellas that won't close properly. The spring that keeps it open is so tight that you have to push down very hard on the handle with the other end of the umbrella on the ground to get it closed. You will get all wet in the rain trying to close it to get inside your car . You might as well go without the umbrella. If it weren't for the difficult close it would be an excellent umbrella.

This is the best umbrella I ever had. Great quality.

The inner material is just like a blackout curtain. Very minimal light goes through. I've never owned an automatic/ button release umbrella so this is really convenient. The reflective trim is good quality and makes me feel safer walking across the street.My only gripe is that the moment you 1st use the umbrella you will never be able to put it back into the little case it came in, but there's a velcro strap attached to the umbrella so you don't really need the case.

El material no es de mala calidad, el único tema que vería es que podría romperse un poco en los dobleces, no me ha pasado pero no se ve con tanto refuerzo. No se ensucia fácil, se seca rapido, tiene el reflejante para andar en la calle y que los autos te puedan ver. El botón para abrir o cerrar funciona bien. Para cerrarlo tienes que usar un poco de fuerza pero no es tanta

I've gone through many a UV umbrella when living in Asia, most of which did not last a year. UV umbrellas built like this one generally last a lot longer, but there are some things to keep in mind - it is a bit longer than others when collapsed, opening & closing it is quite loud (I once startled someone when I closed my umbrella next to her) and you have to use quite a bit of force to collapse it (I place the handle against my stomach and push it inwards). Well worth it though as it is much sturdier than others.

Me gusto mucho, esta lindo, practico, pequeño y se ve de buena calidad. Incluso puede ser un poco pesado pero es porque en verdad es muy bueno.

As announced, it opens and closes easily, it resists strong winds, and it is elegant. Glad I bought it.
