This gel was introduced to me when I had physical therapy after having surgery on my shoulder a few years ago. It was very cooling and effective in relieving my pain and muscle soreness. I recently bought it to help with muscle soreness after my daily brisk walks and stretching exercises. It really works for me. I highly recommend it.

I got this for my back and my knees that ache occasionally from working out. As soon as I put on you feel an instant cool and within an hour my muscles are less sore. I’ve used the rolll on ball but decided to go with this gel. Both work wonders!

Great "pain" lotion with a mild scent

Works as advertised.

Works well for back muscles that clamp up from a vertebrae issue I have.This does have the menthol type odor, but as I usually use this at night, I actually like the decongestant properties that that menthol has - as my sinuses are often stuffy from allergies.This was a “perk-free” review.

This product has helped with my pain and would recommend it. I am not found of the smell. However, they do make it scent free

Bio freeze used to work great but this type doesn’t work as well as the older versions, perhaps less active ingredient(s)
