Very effective
This is a very effective little gadget. My daughters cat has had surgery and the physio recommended this particular mussel stim and it has been a great purchase. Her boyfriend uses it on his arms too as he has an injury from work and is very happy with the results. If you are going to be using it a lot and have the opportunity to buy/get a spare set of pads a the same time, get them. As with all products like this, they don’t last ages but you will get good use out of them. Ours have lasted about 21 sessions and they are just about to be changed. It comes with a spare set.

Very helpful for muscles post surgery
Have been using this (intermittently - ie: not often enough!) post surgery for the last few years after ripping my knee apart and having nerve damage to my VMO quad muscle. There's a lot of settings to choose from. Quite straight forward to use after reading instructions. Excellent quality machine. Highly recommend if needing to wake up some muscles post injury.

Hard if you dont know what your doing.
It's ok rather complicated and there is an added feature when setting up a PC1 or PC2 OR PC3 which is not in the manual. I can't find out anywhere what it is and no one else can help.

Bought for rehabilitation for patello-femoral pain syndrome to stimulate quadriceps muscles. Very happy with product. Performs well for price.
