Received exactly as pictured.
20 axles, 40 rims and 40 tires as pictured/described. Everything fit smoothly and works well with our LEGO brand sets. I don’t know if it’s original packaging, but everything is sealed, new, clean and was shipped well.I’m pleased with our purchase - we’re using them for a STEM project in Girl Scouts.
