Excellent full size umbrella, sturdy and great for travel
The media could not be loaded. Fantastic full size umbrella that packs down into something light and easy to travel with.Setting up the umbrella is ingenious and easy. You just screw the bottom into the sand/ground. And it’s very sturdy. You put the pole together, snap on the umbrella and open it up.The umbrella handles strong wind, it’s impressive and it provided great shade. It’s to use and enjoyI’d strongly recommend this umbrella.

Best beach umbrella I've ever had!
I love this umbrella! It's so lightweight but sturdy at the same time. I thought it might be flimsy but it's not. It comes apart and goes together very easily. And the handles make it very easy to get it into and out of the sand. Easy set up after the the 1st post in the sand. The umbrella itself is great at 6ft in diameter. Plus it's adjustable which is wonderful for a full day at the beach. I've used this several times and am so happy with this purchase. I have a small car, so I needed something that would fit in the trunk. And it didn't disappoint! I have 2 folding beach chairs in bags as well. and I can carry both chairs, the umbrella, and my other backpack all at the same time with no problem at all. This is lightweight, and the carry bag with the strap makes it easy to handle. Can't brag on this enough. It's built well and did great on a windy day. For the price you can't beat it! If something does happen to this one, I'll definitely replace it with the same one.

Not quite 6.5’ but a great beach umbrella
Been using this for a calendar year now including a half dozen trips to the beach. Missed a full star rating because it’s not 6.5’ in diameter. Closer to just under 6’ which means the shade it casts in a full noon sun is not *quite* enough for two adults in beach chairs. No matter how you tilt it, you’ll have a few inches getting scorched by the sun.If you can live with that, this is a great umbrella. I’ve opened it in strong winds and had it turned inside out; it easily flipped back right without damage. We use ours for day trips on a boat and it’s handled being tossed in and out of the boat without any wear. It folds up extremely compactly in a little bag and it’s very lightweight, which was what we wanted for the boat. So far, it’s resisted corrosion and the whole thing seems to be aluminum, however the rivets in the umbrella trusses look like they’re rusting a little so they may be the first to go.The included sand screw is a nice feature; we have several other sand screws that are much easier to screw into sand. This one doesn’t like to dig without a lot of down pressure. The clamps to hold the sections together are plastic but hold together very securely even in strong wind, and don’t require much force to make them do so.Our particular pattern is a rainbow stripe which is very unique and makes it easy to find our spot on busy beaches.I’d buy it again; but I do wish it was just a little bigger.

Super impressed, actually
I purchased this to put in a suitcase and fly to a beach for two weeks. I bike around with it in a saddlebag too, so it needed to be compact enough for that. While I appreciated that it was small and light enough that I could have slung it across my back on the bike instead of using the saddle bag, it was nearly not suitcase-able. I know it says the size on the description, but still, seeing it in real life was different. I was hoping to taking my smaller suitcase, but I ended up taking the 33" one, and it still took up like a fifth or sixth of the total volume alone. Not ideal, especially when the beach tent I have is like a quarter of the size. It was easy to carry around on the beach, though, even when walking for a bit. That said, it was much easier to setup than the tent, and sturdier? I was honestly surprised. Nearly every day I was there, there wind was definitely blowing, 10-15 mph steady, and the long screw kept the whole thing in place. Proper placement of the umbrella (i.e. into the wind) kept it from flipping inside out, too. Even in such wind, it was super easy to setup and break down by myself. The coverage was also reasonable for two people, though three would have been a stretch.Biggest downside was how short it was with the screw fully installed in the sand. I'm 5'6", and there was no standing under there. If I was going to drive somewhere and needed to carry an umbrella for a ways on the beach, this would be a really good option, especially with a smaller trunk. Or if you're a frequent nearby beach person and want something easy to carry. It does fit in a suitcase, but it had to be a larger one for sure. I would also purchase a "Noblo" with it, or one of those sandbags that ties to the umbrella to keep it from blowing around. Not that I felt like it needed it, but still.
