4 issues. Main problem was that there was no way of adjusting the back wheel that needed to be adjusted because the chain was massively over tensioned, no spanner can get on the nut and the hole to allow you access is to small for any socket, I even took it to Halfords cycle tech guys and they didn't have anything eitherAlso one if the brake pads was cross threaded so was useless, the back wheel was buckled and the crank was also over tightened, plus the decals had been put in really poorlyAs its close to Xmas contacted supplier through their contact form and still no response 2 days later, tried ringing them bit it just rings out, so zero customer supportIf I hear from the supplier I'll change the bit about them, if I don't you'll know their useless

This is a great bike but needs assembly and one of the stickers was scratched!

Bought this for my granddaughters birthday, building it up the night before to give her ... the plastic on the basket is broken, the instruction booklets provided ( 4 different languages) are generic and you have to guess which bit applies to the bike you have bought. Handle bracket feels very flimsy. And now I need to go buy a bicycle pump to blow up the flat tyres! .. dont waste your money, wish I had gone to halfords !!!

Didn't realise the seat was damaged until my daughter's birthday when we put it together. Unfortunately too late then to return. She loves the bike though.

Parts missing or broken we received a child's bike with no saddle and basket on front broken to say my 4 year old granddaughter was disappointed is an understatement this was on Christmas day 😢

Lovely bike for a ‘Frozen’ fan indeed. A little expensive but very neat and sturdy. However one star lost due to the flimsiness of the basket; cheap plastic with one side snapped off.

Al abrir la caja nos hemos encontrado con el catadioptico delantero blanco estallado y además la cesta del manillar viene partida. Por otros comentarios que hemos podido leer vemos que las cestas por norma general llegan partidas a todo el que adquiera está bicicleta y a decir verdad los acabados de la bicicleta dejan mucho que desear comparándolos con el precio de la misma. Esperamos nos den alguna solución.

Liebe Firma, wir haben soeben das Fahrrad ausgepackt und haben festgestellt, dass der Fahrradsitz kaputt ist und einen Riss hat. Sonst ist das Fahhrad echt super. Über eine Kontaktaufnahme würde ich mich freuen!

Hemos pedido la bici de la Frozen y nos ha llegado la del Spiderman. Hasta las instrucciones parecen ser de otra bicicleta. Super difícil de montar, una decepción en toda regla. Mi niña de solo 5 años se queda sin regalo de los Reyes, que triste 😭
