Q: Where do I wire this into?

One red lead gets connected to the positive terminal of12V supply, the other red lead gets connected to the positive power lead to the device being filtered. The black lead gets connected to the negative terminal of the 12V supply (or nearest chassis ground). I recommend positioning the filter as close (shortest wire length) to the device as possible to reduce the possibility of noise getting in to the filtered device.

Q: What gauge are the cables?

They appear to be 10 gauge and adequate for the rated load.

Q: Can I use for a motorcycle

I wouldn't see why not. Just connects between your battery and the radio input. It did not work for eliminating the noise in my boat.
