I cannot fault this product (other than the scoop was missing so I was unsure of quantity to use) I had no idea it was possible to get clothes so soft, let alone without adding softener. The smell is fresh, clean and slightly citrus I'd say.I use quite a bit, mainly because I like my washing to smell strong. I do not find it overpowering like others have said. It is also very fine and I tested in cold water and it dissolved fine, so I am not sure how others have found a problem with it turning gelatinous? Sprinkle it on top of the wash load as it says and you shouldn't have any issues.Everything has come out clean and the softness is crazy! I don't even need to soften our clothes in the tumbler now.Bottom line, Love it.

Perfect smell, fresh and cleaning

Initially I didn’t think that this would b capable of really removing stains. Having a young baby going daily ‘blow outs’ this as a life saver. On thing I would say is that I thought it was actually taking the colour out of the colours as they weren’t as vibrant so a little really does go along way.The fragrance does smell super strong in the bag and I was concerned it would be to strong for my newborn but it does fade in the wash to a pleasant clean smell

Easy to dissolve in hot water before you add it to the machine. Nice smell. No dangerous additives. A little goes a long way as it contains no fillers to bulk it out.

Excellent product for woollen and delicate fabrics. Don't overdose.

Looks fine but I wanted an all natural product and this brand pushes itself as all natural/suitable for babies etc but what is the lavender fragrance? It says perfume on the packet. Is that lavender essential oil? Or fragrance oil? It's unclear. For this reason I can't properly recommend this brand.

Smells absolutely divine and leaves clothes feeling fresh and smelling clean. I do go through a bag quickly because I live in an area with very hard water so need to use more. But for me it’s worth it. I do a full load of washing every two-three days and one bag lasts me about 3 weeks. :)

I really liked the product. It definitely smelled fantastic, and it was kind to the skin as described.Only downside I wished it dissolved better on lower temperatures as unfortunately I found residues on my laundry and had to run it once again. Perhaps I put too much? But don't usually encounter this issues with solid soap...but overall great product! I'd purchase it again.
