Doesn't dissolve even after for more than 10 minutes, if you put it in warm water it smells and tastes very bad like you are eating plastic. There is some chemical inside so please don't consume this....

Didn't see much improvement in gaining weight.

It had a protein content of 34gm when purchased in 2022. It was a good quality then.But, Currently only 25gm available. It also doesn't have the same taste as before.Besides that, I recently bought 1 pack of 3. I was shocked to see some long pieces of plastic mixed in the powder. Avoid buying these products as much as possible. If one has bought such, sift the powder and then use it. So, Please Avoid buying this any further.

The smell of medicine is too strong, it suppresses the flavour and the texture of the powder is different.
