Camera is not working

Got this for my nephew for his 5th birthday. He loved it has been taking pictures of everything

This camera was a gift for our 3-year old daughter. She LOVED it. We’ve charged it twice before with no issues, but the third time we plugged it up it refused the charge. Come to find out the charging port was no longer connected and when we pulled the charger out the connection piece fell out. (I’ve attached a picture of the empty charging hole to show this). This is 2 months after use.The camera was never dropped or rough-housed with. When in use the neck strap was used and it was kept safe in its box when not in use.The pictures were good enough quality for a kid and cheap camera, but they’re similar to receipt paper. Which isn’t bad for kids, and actually pretty cool.I would not recommend for anyone because of the cheap quality and fact that it broke so quickly. (But not quickly enough for a refund).We definitely will not be buying again.

Let me preface this by saying, I have maybe written 2 reviews my entire life, it’s not my thing. So for me to come here and write a review should tell you everything you need to know. I ordered one of these overpriced cameras a few weeks ago and the box was damaged. Once I opened the package, everything was thrown down in there. It was sloppy. It was evident someone before me had purchased this same camera and quickly returned it, leaving the screen film protector pulled back, cord undone, memory card floating at bottom of the box, etc… the supplier didn’t even check inside the box to make sure it was tidy before turning around and sending it back out. Fast forward, I return it the same day and purchase another camera from the same company to give them a second chance. As of 20 minutes ago, I turn the camera on and it has a black line running down the screen and the memory card says “memory card error”. Me and my husband both read the instructions and followed them. All I can say it this product is highly defective and way too overpriced. This is a huge disappointment.

I purchased it for my 3 y.o. and he enjoyed it for a few days with no issues. Then he lost interest and we put the camera in the draw for a few months until he asked to use it again. After charging and turning it on it shows stripes on the screen and doesn't react on any of the buttons.
