I'm writing this after using this laptop for a week, and have to say the laptop is a beast.It comes with:- Crisp and neat display.- Bang & Olufsen (B&O) audio. B&O is known for its high-quality sound systems.- Lifetime free activation of MS Office 2021.- 100GB of DropBox cloud storage free.- intel core i7 11th generation + 16GB DDR4 RAM + 1TB m.2 NVMe SSD from Samsung = superfast processing speeds- intel iRIS Xe graphics for mid-level gaming. Although you have a provision to upgrade to Nvidia.- WiFi connectivity is good. No sudden disconnection issues as seen in some other new HP laptops.- Backlit keyboard looks simple and good.- Fast charging with decent battery backup of around 4-5 hours, depends on usage though, it can last even longer.- Super light weight ~ 1.3 KGWorth every penny. Got it delivered on time with proper packaging. Satisfied with the purchase.

Received item with mechanical damage and the Warranty period is only 5 months remaining instead of one year.

I GOT FOULTY LAPTOP ITS NOT GETTING CHARGED. THIS IS SHOWING 9% AND AFTER REMOVING THE MAINS , IT GET SHUT DOWN. KINDLY TELL ME THE SOLUTION

The fact that it’s got great storage space, is very fast and very light weight makes it the perfect combination for my needs. Very sleek, and comes with Ms Office which is a boon

battery is draining very fast. never expected this kind of issue in 95000 rupees laptop. I have base model laptop from hp which is 5 years old it still giving around 3 hrs battery backup.
