● Grade of Canned Red Ginseng There are three kinds of grade. Heaven(천,天), Earth(지,地) and Good(양,良) grade. Heaven is first. Good grade is, Color and root condition are excellent and the internal formulation is very delicate. The color of cross-section is yellow brown. The length of internal white is less than 1/3 of the total body length, or the length of internal hole is less than 1/2 of the total body length. The number "40" on the front of can is the size of dried ginseng. 300g-20 contains 14 roots of ginseng. 300g-30 contains 19 roots. 300g-40 contains 24 roots. The lower number means the bigger size of ginseng.
