Exactly what I expected!
I really like these & they are great for my classroom. Plus for the price I can throw away & replace when they get torn or dirty. The reason I gave 3 stars for assembly is because with tissue paper they tear easily and until you get the groove of how to pull everything apart, they can be frustrating.

Super hard to fluff
These are really hard to fluff and it takes a REALLY long time. I’ve yet to get one to look like the photo or perfectly round. It will work for what I’m doing but I don’t know that I would commit to this again.

Not worth it
Literally just sheets of tissue paper and you have to make them yourself. Nope. Pointless. And they looked awful.

You need to be a professional decorator to put this together.
