These chewable eye vitamins seem to be effective in addressing my dry eyes. I have noticed a positive difference since I started taking them. This is a convenient way to support eye health.

I have a very low MPOD score so I was taking the standard EyePromise pills, but I have difficulty swallowing pills. I checked with my optometrist and he said would that these would be acceptable. I can't attest to their potency or how well they work yet but they taste great! I have a MPOD test coming up in a few months (will be 6 months since my original test), I'll attempt to post a follow-up.

I can't say I've seen any improvement in my vision but I bought to get the vitamins and because they were chewable. No problems with that.

I have use them for a year and my MPOD went up, so it's working since the year before it was going down

I'm going back to my eye doctor next month and will know more by then
