Inov-8 Women's All Train 215 Cross-Trainer Shoe

Out of the box these shoes were a little tighter than I prefer, but after the first HIIT workout, they fit perfectly! The laces are flat and don’t slide around, so it took me a while to adjust them, but in hind sight this is great because they didn’t move during the workout. They are very supportive in the heel and comfy at the ball of the foot, so for once I felt no pain jumping rope for several one minute sets. I got these because my old Inov-8 shoes (different style more for lifting) are about 6 years old now and just started breaking down. So I’m hoping these last me just as long!

I had been searching for a good training shoe that I could use for multiple types of fitness activities. I use these shoes for Body Pump and Spin primarily and I love them. The heal box is sturdy and well supported, and the toe box is breathable and flexible. Perfect of squats, lunges, and complex body movements like burpies. The sole is a bit stiff, so I wouldn't wear these for running or walking any substantial distance. They do run a little narrow, but the 7.5 seems to fit me, which is my typical shoe size.

Runs big. I wear a 7 and could have sized down to a 6.5. Great shoe for CrossFit, not good for running. Shoe has enough support and structure for jumping. I kept the 7, but will size down next order.

I ordered half a size up & feel that they are a wee-bit to big, but am sure my regular size would be too small. Thank you to all the reviewers who suggested ordering up. I'm using them for hitt; they're great. I was worried that I might stumble or catch the toe on the box while jumping....no worries. This shoe is the best! Fun color, great sole, comfortable. Yeah, you know you should buy these shoes....if they don't workout; there's always free return shipping.

Please Inov-8...get it together with sizing!!! I own at least 5 pair made by this company and have learned generally speaking, 1/2 size up. Several years ago, they seemed to run true to size in Standard (they have standard and precision fit shoes). I wear a 10. I ordered these in Gray/pink 10.5 and they are a bit too long and slip in the heel. Fit more like a mans shoe.I wouldn't say I'm ever excited about trying to fit in Inov 8 but am happy with the performance and feel for daily minimalist wear and workouts/training and their shoes perform well on all surfaces inside. They have made some awesome women's shoes over the years. This isn't one of them. Heel slipping, NOT what someone wants for good lateral motion, cross training and agility workouts!! In addition, they tout this shoe as a "stable" platform for feet when lifting. The soles are rock hard. Upper is comfy otherwise. Not sure about performance or if I'll keep them. Fond of the f-lite 235. Great fit. Have 2 pair.

I originally ordered the size 6 in these shoes (what I normally wear), and they came very quickly. Love the style and colors, and they fit juuust right, but a little snugly. They would not have been comfortable throughout a workout though. The return process was SO easy, and I was able to purchase the size 6.5 instead. The turnaround to receive these ones was so quick, and I am so happy that I went the next size up. Very comfortable shoes, and visually appealing as well. They feel lightweight and flexible when I did some test jumping and running around. Would definitely recommend for the reasonable price.

These were my 3rd pair of Innov shoes. I like my hiking pair! I also loved my minimalist pair until I found I needed more support. I loved these at first. They were supportive and comfortable for the gym (rowing, weights, general lifting). Then, I wore them for moving day and again on a long walk. Ouch. My feet hurt so bad after I wore these for my move. During and after the walk, I felt The shoe digging into the top of my feet. Overall, I really like them for the gym. Honestly, the tops of my feet still hurt 2weeks after the long walk so I haven’t tried wearing these shoes again. Needless to say, I no longer love these.

Great shoes for Crossfit or mixed gym training. Like all inov8 products they are well made and activity specific. These have fantastic grip, great support around the heel and are incredibly stable when you exercise in them. They are lightweight and well ventilated with plenty of room around the toes. Not sure I would use them for walking or running longer distances but they are great for sprints and turns.

屋内トレーニング用らしく、防水性能がない代わりに通気性は抜群です。(私はトレーニングではなく仕事場の屋内履きとして使用しています)とにかく軽いですし、足にぴったりフィットするので一日中掃いていても疲れません。最初はアッパー部分のメッシュが弱そうだな(すぐに破れるのでは？)...と思いましたが、今のところ破れる気配もなくしっかりしています。

Been wearing them quite often to gym for my circuits and metabolic classes. Absolutely great. Very light, great support.So far, the best trainers I ever have. Would definitely go again for Inov8.Thanks

履き心地よし。軽い。グリップはあまり効かないし、ソウルがやや柔らかいので軽い山ならとても良いですね～
