versatile
Great jars. Fit in side of refrigerator. Use to store nuts, seeds, rice, pasta, dog food, etc. Will probably order more. Like the lids better than similar products.

Works for my salads.
I bought it to make Mason Jar Salads. Real glass Mason jars were too heavy in my backback for work and a couple times I set my backback down too hard and they broke. I was looking for something lighter and unbreakable and these fit the bill. They are the same size and easy to clean. I docked one star because the liners in the lids all come out easily when washing but you just pop them back in.

For Latex Paint
Was looking for empty quart cans to store leftover latex wall paint and came across these. Another reviewer said that's what he bough them for. Work well and no lip to clean or metal to rust. As long as I keep the threads clean I expect I can use for touch ups with no drama.

Top of jar does allow for interchangeable lids
The top of the jars don't quite fit a regular Mason jar lid. I had to work really hard to get the different lid on.

Quality Product with many Usages
The jar lid fits easily with a tight seal. The plastic is thick and built to last. We are using the containers for nut storage and as a money jar.

Not dishwasher safe
These jars melted even when loaded on the top rack of the dishwasher. Would not repurchase.

these are a great size but be warned they are not dishwasher safe
these are a great size but be warned they are not dishwasher safe. I was sanitizing them before putting "cookies mixes" in them and, well, let's just say they didn't do well in the dishwasher. Hand washed they should be fine but warn the user if this will be a gift.

Go to Jars for home made yogurt..
Just make sure you scald them with hot water from the faucel before using. They work great, don't leak....and store nicely in the fridge.
