Nice looking, comfortable and quality copper mugs! After reviewing numerous companies (researched lined or unlined and quality and safety), I ordered from three different companies allowing me to compare. As I only used them once, it's hard to compare longevity, but they all seem comparable (good quality, solid copper, rivetless interior handles) I enjoyed the incredible tasty, everlasting cold Moscow Mules! These mugs truly make a difference in the experience and quality of a moscow mule!Service - All were good. My mugs by Willow and Everett were not available next day via Amazon Prime (so I wasn't able to use them at my party, but did the following weekend), but they had the best communication regarding my order, (immediately after my order, in transit and after delivery) - all in professional and fun e-mails. Suggestion if they're able to offer via next day prime, that would be even better.Unique Offering - copper straws - I did not order their copper straws, but wishing I did (assuming they're also 100% copper) as I did not find this offered anywhere else and think a straw would enhance the experience even more (preventing the ice cubes and mint leaves from touching your lips when sipping).

I HAD mixed feelings about these.The advertisement said "pure 100% copper" and I bought a set. At first, the product was lovely. After a while, I saw the weld of the joint and the construction edges (now that the cups have been used for a while the edges and welds are showing)... I detected a different metal underneath. I then had serious doubts about these being real true 100% copper---not just copper plating on the outside. I am talking about 100% copper materials only. I had doubts. And comparing to a different "100% copper" set that my friend bought, hers looked a lot better. Is it tarnish on mine? Possibly. Or is it possible that it's not real true copper??I wrote a negative review here on Amazon reflecting the product.To my amazement, the seller contacted me via both email and phone call. This was 8 months after the initial purchase and the seller reached out to me to recognize the issue and offered full resolution. I received a full refund for the initial defect and I receive replacement product. Of course, I still need to try and use the replacement mugs for a good amount of time to see if it is the same issue, or perhaps I just had a bad luck and got a bad set initially.But, I am writing this updated review to truly, fully, and strongly recognize the efforts that this seller has made towards this product, the integrity of the product, and the integrity of his company/shop. Not only did the seller made things right, the seller made things right even after 8 months of initial purchase. And the seller followed up on the review without me having to contact him to begin with. This was tremendous and it was seriously amazing.It was a total WOW experience with the seller and with the product. Again, the issue I wrote was real and perhaps there are bad lots out there--but I am not worried and you shouldn't be worried either buying this set from this seller: if anything goes wrong, this seller will take care of you. That's why this product deserves a 5-star review. 5-stars. You can trust it. You can count on it. The seller will make it happen.Excellent!

Here's the honest truth: I bought these because I saw Julie Goldman and Brandy Howard drinking out of copper mugs on The People's Couch (Bravo TV), and later on Twitter, Brandy said they were drinking Moscow Mules. I had never heard of Moscow Mules so I looked them up and they sounded yummy! But everything I read about them said they needed to be served in these copper mugs. I am a stickler for following rules, and I wanted to try a Moscow Mule so obviously I needed copper mugs.I searched on Amazon and found a lot of great deals but the mugs also had bad reviews. The Willow & Everett mugs seemed to be a pretty reasonable price with all great reviews, so these are the ones I ordered. And I'm so happy I did! They are truly beautiful and shiny, and Willow & Everett is a great company. They immediately sent me a free pdf Cocktail Guide with delicious recipes to be served in the mugs, and also the special use directions. Nothing complicated, just don't leave liquid for 12+ hours, don't put in dishwasher, don't use for hot drinks. All things I definitely would have done if I had not known. And the shot glass is just as shiny and beautiful as the mugs, and will come in handy when making the cocktails.The only downside is that I haven't yet bought Ginger Beer, so I still haven't tried a Moscow Mule. But the mugs have been excellent at keeping other liquids super cold and delicious. These mugs are going to go through a lot of use this summer!

The seller of the mugs, Kitchen Classique, is extremely responsive and very concerned that you are happy with the mugs. The mugs are very nice and I am excited to serve Moscow Mule's in these over the Thanksgiving visit with family. I saw several mugs on Amazon that claimed to be 100% copper but feedback from buyers showed that they had inserts. There were so many mugs to choose from and it's hard to tell from a picture if they are going to look solid and really be all copper. I was worried about what I would get and originally only ordered one box to begin with, even though I wanted more. I was pleased to find that they are exactly as advertised, 100% copper and very sturdy. I then placed an order for 3 more boxes.
