Came well packed. There were 2 chairs per box. The table top was in one box and the legs came in a second box. Minor imperfections in finish on legs. The reason I only gave 4 stars is because no hardware came for attaching the legs to the table. Instead we went to Lowe’s and bought the washers and bolts necessary to assemble. Annoying but not a big deal.

Takes a very long time to put together, but it is very sturdy (and heavy) and beautiful. The only thing is that you have to have the leaf out for the table to be square, and there is no filler piece for where the leaf comes out, so it leaves a break in the edging of the table on both sides. Would be great if it came with a piece to put there so that it is fluid. A table runner covers it up, though.

First order was damaged but I took a chance and asked for replacement. The replacement is perfect. No scratches, cracks or other damage. It was delivered about 9:30 AM and I had it together in time for lunch. Beautiful set.

Love the size and color and quality!!! This 8 seat table takes up less space than the traditional rectangular shaped ones and fits everyone comfortably!!!! Great purchase!!!

I purchased this table and it’s gorgeous, exactly what we wanted. It was supposed to be a 9 piece set. However, it didn’t come with 8 chairs like it stated, it only came with 6. I have no way to get ahold of the seller. Pretty disappointed.....

I was hesitant on buying a dining room table on line, but I must say that this table is BEAUTIFUL and so well made. I've been looking in stores and was finding nothing that I liked. This table / chairs is just what I was looking for. Love it! We paid the extra to have someone come out and assemble it. Better him than me :) That was a positive experience also.All in all........IT'S PERFECT!!!!!

What a great experience and table! We were very skeptical about ordering our dinning room table and chairs through Amazon but we are so glad we did. Table was delivered via straight truck on a pallet in the time window described. Once We assembled the table and chairs they were absolutely perfect! I would say that they arrived in better condition than funiture we have bought at local funiture stores.
