Having severe chemical sensitivities, I wanted wooden spoons as safe as possible! Upon arriving, these spoons had no smell and no coating. They are smooth, lightweight and so easy to use! Can’t believe such excellent quality for such a reasonable price! I wash them in warm soapy water, rinse and let dry. Very happy with this purchase!

I ordered two of the six-piece sets of Riveira Bamboo Wooden Spoons and all are sturdy and comfortable to hold. Most are smooth and perfect, but 3 of the 12 (two sets, remember) went straight in the trash because they were so rough that I feared they might leave splinters in my food. Interestingly, the rough ones were flat sided, not rounded concave spoon shaped, and I'd have thought that shape would've been the easiest to sand. I hated to give up those 3 pieces, but I am pleased with the other nine.

The pictures are very clear. I got a set before this one and the pictures were hard to see. This set is cute, I am glad I bought them. They hold up well for cooking and washing. I got these on sale for around $8 and was worth the money.

These are awesome. Sturdy, smooth, and a great size. Wash up well. Have been using them pretty exclusively for a few weeks now and have had no issues with them at all.

I recently got an enamel Dutch oven and only had a few wood and silicone utensils to use with it, as I have lots of metal utensils I use with my cast iron pan that aren't suitable for the enamel. The minimal cardboard packaging that these arrived in was perfect and "frustration-free", and these are some high quality tools for a very fair price. I wouldn't be upset if these only lasted for a few intense uses, but they feel very sturdy. I can't see myself using each piece for its intended purpose -- for instance, the slotted spoon is very flat and couldn't realistically hold much of anything, so in practice I'm going to use all of them to rearrange meat or stir vegetables, but they're well suited for that.

Really happy with these super sturdy and well made. I've used them every day for a few months with no signs of wear and tear.

I like the smoothness of the bamboo and hopefully they will last.

I didn't think to check the length of the utensils and overall find them a little bulky . Main problem being the space they take up when storing them. Otherwise, they are ok.
