The nitric oxide this produces is exactly what I need for my blood pressure and for working out. You just feel like you are relaxed and “opened up”, so to speak. I only recommend 1/2 scoop until you get used of the feeling you get. It’s not a pre-workout supplement. No caffeine or any stimulants are in it. Right blend of vitamins and amino acids are in it though!

Amazing stuff..... this is my go to for a good pre workout.... advocare products have always been top notch and I have a tried other arginine products with less results... this stuff truly delivers in my opinion.

Great product but this is 20$ more on Amazon than directly from Advocare!

Use it in conjunction with Advocare Spark....outstanding combo....keeps me going and in the game all day...from cutting trees to playing senior league softball.
