great for 18650 batteries
I am slowly migrating my chargers and flashlights from 18650 to 21700 batteries. The product details said this device was compatible with both, but actually, a 21700 cannot fit into this device. Even so, using 18650 batteries, it does what it says it will do. I was able to add charge to my cell phone using this device for output. Then I was able to recharge 2 of my 18650 batteries using this device input. As long as I am still using 18650 batteries, this will a useful tool.
