Initial response: This piece is very pretty both online and in person. However it feels very flimsy and cheap. I wouldn’t recommend this item.UPDATE: I have to say this was by far the best experience Ive ever had with a company. Upon my initial review I wasn’t very pleased with my purchase. Also I rarely use my email anymore that’s associated with this account. The company sent me an email that I did not receive because I don’t login often. So today I just remembered to check the mail and had a package from the company awaking me. I was honestly shocked and didn’t know what it was because I didn’t order anything and I opened it and inside was a brand new necklace that they had made a little bit more sturdy and really took the time and went the extra mile by writing me a hand written letter to explain and apologize about everything. This seriously touched me. I’ve never had a company go this above and beyond! I HIGHLY recommend this product and this company. Thank you so much!!!

This was the most professional packaged item I’ve ever received. I’ve never left a review for an item but I had to after opening this package. Not only did I get the safely packed necklace, I received the cutest gift bag and a piece of matching tissue paper. Whaa. Also, a polishing cloth and a precious notecard. I’m just blown away by how much work and care this lady puts into her shipments. It did not go unnoticed and was much appreciated. I will be ordering again.

This necklace is beautifully made and good quality. I get so many compliments when I’m wearing it. It’s special to me being 3 generations with a beautiful daughter and granddaughter. The packaging is amazing. The seller really put a lot of thought designing the package. It provides a small gift bag with tissue if it’s a gift. Who does that??It comes with an extender if needed and a silver buffing cloth. You will LOVE this necklace. Guaranteed

I just received this necklace today and I was pleasantly surprised at how nicely it was packaged as well as all of the pieces that came with the necklace. The necklace itself came in a Sterling silver protective pouch, there was a small card and envelope to write a message, a gift bag, tissue paper, and a nice note with information from the seller. There was even a nice little extender. I bought this for my mom solely for the message on the card displayed in the picture, but going forward I'll purchase from this seller for the experience and quality of their products!

I bought this necklace for my mother's birthday. She does so much for my little family that I wanted to get her something extra special. I wanted a generations gift that was beautiful yet understated and that's exactly what this necklace is. The packaging itself is so cute and it comes with a gift bag, tissue paper, and a tiny card/envelope. The card that the necklace lies on also makes this gift special because that's where the generation of grandmother, mother, grand-daughter is stated. I was so excited when I received this.However, on the card "grand-son" was printed instead of "grand-daughter." I'm not a too-picky consumer. I understand that these things happen. Normally I would have just had a bit of a chuckle with my mom. She only has one grandchild so we both know it's for her grand-daughter. But because I wanted it to be extra special and the card was part of that, I contacted Efy Tal and told them the situation.It was two days before my mom's birthday (which I could've planned that better i admit) and I asked them for a replacement card because everything else was perfect. I got an email within minutes apologizing. They then sent a new card via USPS with tracking that same day. I received the replacement card as promised on Saturday morning and they also included a hand written apology note.I've been run around by companies before for way bigger issues than this and never had anything resolved. I was so happy that they took the time to respond QUICKLY to my request and went above and beyond to make my mom's birthday special. And for a business to hand write an apology note when they already apologized in an email exceeded my expectations. I will def be ordering from them again.

I bought this necklace as my 6 Month old daughter’s first Christmas gift to my Mom. This is her first granddaughter! Especially meaningfulfor me after going through years of IVF and a loss...to be able to give my mom her first granddaughter...this is a perfect gift to commemorate. So happy with this necklace. Very good quality, shipped very quick, and you can tell how much thought and care went into the extensive packaging. Mine was even shipped with a bag to keep the necklace in until I’m ready to give the gift, to keep any of the acidity in the paper from transferring from the display box to the necklace. It also included a gift bag and extra clasp. Really thoughtful all around. I would highly recommend this product and this seller. The seller even contacted me to make sure my order was what I expected and if there were any problems. I will purchase again from her... I’ve been eyeing up some gifts for myself. The attention to detail on this necklace and it’s packaging is amazing. Far exceeded my expectations! The necklace is beautifully delicate without seeming cheap or fragile. Lovely item and very well presented and packaged - seller had thought of everything down to providing a piece of tissue paper for inside the gift bag! My mum loves it :)
