I had high hopes for this product as a special gift for my mother, but upon receiving it, I was deeply disappointed. Despite multiple attempts to contact the seller for resolution, no assistance or reimbursement was provided. The cup was advertised to reveal its picture and words only when hot water is added, but in reality, it remains transparent regardless of temperature. This significant deviation from the advertised functionality is unacceptable. The lack of effective customer service and failure to deliver a product that matches the description has left me frustrated and disheartened. Instead of a memorable gift, I received nothing but disappointment. Buyer beware – this product does not live up to its promises.

I thought this was going to be a cheap product that would wear off quickly. We are a huge coffee house and are all about the right mugs. This is the right mug. It’s oddly satisfying watching it change from black to the pictures I uploaded and back to black as the coffee is drank. This is a perfect gift for any coffee lover.

Update…do not wash this mug with other dishes. I’ve had it for less than 2 weeks and it’s already scratched. I had it in the sink with other dishes/utensils and I noticed the black coating had a scratch on it. I was hoping it was just the black part that was affected, but unfortunately the scratch is on the photo as well 😢. Otherwise, I do still love my mug!I absolutely love this mug! Not only is it a good quality mug, but it also has a comfortable and sturdy handle which is important to me. Most importantly though, the photos look great and bring me joy every time they reappear with my hot beverages. It would be nice if the photos were visible all the time, but I do love and appreciate that I was able to have 2 different photos with custom text on each side. Also, even though I only paid for the cheaper shipping option, I received my mug earlier than expected. The estimated delivery date was September 1 - September 25. However, I received the mug on August 28 which was only 2 weeks after I placed the order!
