Not the greatest assembly instructions but I was able to figure it out. There is a bar that runs across the center of the seat that is a bit annoying after a while. There is no breathing room on the seat, your back back will be soaked with sweat after a few races. But it gets the job done.

Instruction is wrong and he parts are wrong. Do not waste your time assemble and not be able to play properly.
