It didn't breathe like I expected it to. My head gets hot when I run and even in the high 70's it would stay just a bit too warm for me.I have long hair right now and the hat did fit well. Maybe this hat would be fine for something like fishing.

So far, so good.
It is a perfect snug fit and is light. Time will tell how long this lasts.

Light weight and breathable
I find this style of cap much superior to the standard cloth baseball caps that don’t breathe and are hotter to wear. The polyester material also makes it easier to wash, although you’re not gonna watch the front of it that probably has cardboard under the material which is true of all baseball caps.
