Works Great! I have been using Microline Turbo printers for ...
Works Great!I have been using Microline Turbo printers for 30 years. The one that I had been using for the last 15+ years on a daily basis for work finally gave out. These printers cost quite a bit of money and I couldn't afford to by a new one so I was excited to find this reconditioned one at about half the price of a new one. I purchased this one about 3 months ago and haven't had any issues with it, it runs great. Here's hoping that it will last 15 years.

This printer is a great product as long as you are aware that Microsoft Windows has an Auto Form Feed function
This is a great printer, and is fairly easy to get working, although cycling through the menu system to turn off certain functions can be a bother. The manual is in typical Japanglish which makes it difficult to learn about how to shut off the auto form feed and line feed functions, so bring lots of paper. Windows also adds in some fun because there is no apparent way to turn off auto form feed or line feeds from happening either (like in notepad). This can be a pain with labels because it always wants to eject a page of labels after it is done printing. It will print labels just fine and pound through multi part forms quite nicely. You are also stuck with using the windows based font system unless you INSTALL ANOTHER PRINTER and cycle through the printer types until you see 'TEXT ONLY'. this is the only good way to get the printer to use its own font system. Don't worry, you can just select which 'printer' you want to use whenever you print so you can use both.I am sure with a bit more knowledge, and messing with this printer I can get it to work for me perfectly, and I am pretty happy with the printer. I do miss the nice STAR Micronics Gemini printers <3 <3

Well constructed and reliable
I bought this printer for use in our current campaign of shipping out @1200 packages for military deployed at Christmas. The Oki Microline 320 worked perfectly, although I did have some unexpected issues with my win 7 computer halfway through and ended up finishing on a win10. Does everything work perfectly on a Win10? No, but I didn't expect it to. Did it work well enough? Absolutely. Campaign is over and shipped, and my arthritis is not the first thing on my mind. Sounds like a win to me!

This is a great product.
I bought two at the other shopping mall before buying this product, but the product did not work and I returned it all.So I hesitated to buy this product. However, this product worked really well and is now very satisfied. Also, I was able to ship the product soon. The seller of this product is reliable and honest.

Good solid printers that are Perception Intensive.
PROS: Solid impact printing for medical forms, business forms, checks, labels, and other specific format documents. Hardy machines that last years if properly maintained and cleaned. Have the ability to feed computer paper (papers with little holes for continuous paper feeding), copy paper (no holes, single sheets) and forms. Feature is controlled by the level on the right hand side of the device. Both USB or Parallel Printer (wide connector) interfaces available. Win 7 has pre-installed drivers for these Okidata 320/321, 420/421 models. This is the compact model. It is smaller than its same brand(even same name) counterpart, about four to six inches less in width, thus fits in a tighter space. The tiny ribbon ink cartridge used on this model lasts a LONG time(2-4 months) with relatively heavy use. The cartridge is also very easy to find cheaply online, even when original. Since I've never had any of these printers (added 8-10 to our offices as years pass) break down within 3 years of purchase, I can't attest to the warranty. Never had the chance to use it. The quality of printing is solid and adequate for office work and I find the speed of the printing satisfying, though not impressive.CONS: Staplers, clips, and other office debris can easily slide down into the tracks of the device and break it because of the feeder pans which angle down into the mechanism. Have to be careful of said junk. Establishing the exact and correct position for your forms is computer, program and printer specific. One printer might print a check perfectly .5 inches from the left, the other .25 inches from the left, with the same drivers and same specifications. A little trial and error here to find the specifics of each machine. We use permanent markers to label each proper position on the feeder pans. If printing multiple checks, and have to change between different account checks, must turn off the machine to make sure that it resets to proper alignment or it prints in relation to where it initially stopped printing. There are other ways, but they take more time than a simple reset. Must be careful that feeder cog pegs align well with the paper holes or you'll have broken paper and a mess. Thus, the device is perception intensive and not exactly idiot proof. These printers (320/321 420/421)are very loud as well, keep that in mind. Might or might not include the USB connection cable upon arrival, depending on who you purchase it from (refurnished or not). Printer Parallel cable is NOT included. Extra purchase if you want to use that older interface. Must be careful of back plugs as shoving the printer against a wall might break the USB/LPT plugs and/or cables if not careful.I hope this review helps you in some way.

Compatible with Windows 10!
We require a dot matrix printer for two part invoice forms. I could not find a dot matrix printer with drivers compatible with Windows 10 but had read online reviews that Oki would help me get the drivers installed. I purchased this printer and called Oki to walk me through the install. Their customer service is excellent and the tech was willing to stay on the phone with me for almost an hour installing the proper driver, setting up the printer and even getting the paper loaded. It is an older dot matrix, so the menu and settings are older technology and a little clumsy, but that seems to be the way with dot matrix printers in general.I had purchases and had to return an Epson similar model because when I called Epson, they told me Microsoft would have to help me and Microsoft told me to call Epson. VERY frustrating and disappointing.I HIGHLY recommend the seller, printer and Oki for their excellent customer service.
