Magical healing ointment
This product is magic! My cat disappeared for 5 days and when she returned she had an infected wound on her shoulder. I cleaned it out but as it was the weekend I couldn’t get her to the vet till Monday at the earliest. I used this ointment on her twice a day and by Monday the infection had resolved and two days later the wound had healed without going to the vet. I then had the same issue on my 12 lb elderly poodle mix. Witinin 2 days she was as good as new.

Arrived on time and used on my dog with great results.
My beautiful dog got ht by a car on Christmas Eve, causing many deep cuts and wounds. Dr. stitched his leg and neck. Infection set in and stayed under the wound on his neck. He ripped his leg stitches out one week into recovery, so back we went. I showed the dr. the swollen neck area and she said don't put ointment on it, we want it to heal. I explained I was trying to keep a port open for drainage. Back in one week later, dr. took stitches from neck out and within a minute pus and blood ran out of the wound. It did not close or heal. He had ripped out his leg stitches again and they said don't put ointment on the leg. Rinse with water only. Weird. They had discussed on trip two to either do a honey bandage or re stitch. They chose re stitch. So under anesthesia again. I essentially was sent home with a dog that was mess. I decided to research the honey bandage the spoke of. I found your product, order it L-mesitran gel, applied it and on Saturday, it is now Monday Jan 14, 2019. Unless I am so confused at what I am seeing, I would have to say this was a miracle. The wound in his neck was about an inch long, but under the skin, it was not attached, creating a pocket under the skin. Today I can't see an opening. It had not improved in 2 weeks with stitches, but closed in 2 days with this honey gel. Hard to believe, but it is what I am seeing. And, it was in a place I could not bandage it. I just washed the wound and then pressed the gel on with an absorbent sterile bandage. I held it there a minute or so to soak up any fluid that came out. I'd like to post an update on his progress if I can figure out how.

Good
This was recommended by my doctor for an ulcerAnd while it is too early to conclude on its effectiveness so far there seem to be a movement towards a positive outcome. Will wait and see

Debrides slough much faster than other products
Got a second degree burn from heating pads. Tried hydrogel, SSD, antibiotics before this one. Having read a bunch of papers and finally decided to stick with this product while the other stuff really just not doing squat for me. The only downside of this product is unlike other sticky honey, it's too fluid, nearly liquid and barely stays on the wound even with an absorbing pad on top of it. I can only apply a tiny amount of gel at a time to make sure it doesn't flow out of the pad. However for its effectiveness in sterilizing and healing wounds I'll bear with it. Thanks the distributor for selling this "unknown" product. It really deserves to be the standard treatment for burns imo.btw don't bend the tube if you also have a habit of squeezing and folding half of the tube like I do, it would be torn easily.
