Minoura LR340 LiveRide Mag Trainer

Came as expected, works great.

This is a really good workout and a way to get on the bike in the winter. Resistance great and adjustable for me and my husband. Very quiet. Would highly recommend getting a front tire block - which I ordered later - because that slight downhill ride is not comfortable.

Would've been nice if the description mentioned it was an incomplete package and you still needed to purchase more pieces to make it work as intended.

After some research I bought one of these Minoura LR340 indoor trainers. What I liked was the calibrated nature of it so I can see how much power I am generating. That way I can train to specifically improve my VO2Max and test my FTP etc. I've now had the trainer for about 6 months and try to use it weekly, when the weather is poor etc.You nee the iOS only LiveRide app from iTunes store <[...]> at about $10. This is ANT+ only, so that means you'll also need ANT+ adapter for your iOS device, and of course ANT+ HRM and speed / cadence sensor for the bike. Figure an extra $100 for the App and the adapter.When going it works well. Here's some info to help folks: [...]So far I've used it for "general" ie set a resistance and ride, and also to ride a created route / re-ride a route I did already. Not had a huge amount of experience so far with the intervals setting.The only thing would be great is if the trainer itself could be controlled _from_ the phone when re-riding an actual ride.NB My blog post above was not written for any compensation

Excellent stable product

家の中で電車に乗りたいときにつかっています。スマートローラー台みたいに自動で負荷を変えたりはできないけれど、手元で負荷を変えられるので十分かな。ＺＷＩＦＴとかの映像に合わせて手動で変えてみるのも楽しいかもしれない。車軸用の棒をなくしやすいので注意。

秋口ごろに購入。これから寒くなるにあたり、仕事が終わった後夜走るのはつらいかなと。現在、ほぼ毎晩仕事終わった後乗っています。お蔵入りしていたポータブルＴＶとタブレットが大活躍で、テレビや動画を見ながら１時間ほど。タイヤかすについては、ローラー部分をちゃんと押し付けてあげれば全く出ません。手でネジ部分を回して、自然にしめられるところまで締めたらちょうどよいくらいです。最初3ｍｍ・・・とか遠慮してやってた時は、ボロボロかすが出ましたが。音はそれなりにしますが、チェーンの回る音と同じくらい。マンションだと隣近所が気になると思いますが、一戸建てなら問題ないです。----その後の感想使用後2か月が経過しました。その時点での課題等を追記します。■問題点　傾きがあります。左右の足の開きが違うため、車体全体が傾いています。ホームセンターで板状のゴムを購入し、足の下に敷くことで調整していますが、機械的に調整する仕組みがほしかったかな。その分★-1しました。■トレーニング用タイヤはぜひ欲しいある程度乗るのであれば、トレーニング用のタイヤがあったほうがよいです。タイヤかすが出るほどではありませんが、タイヤが溶けたようになり接触面が平べったくなってきました。また、専用タイヤのほうが若干音が静かになります。
