I bought 2 bikes, had a small problem with one. Sent an email to customer service, within 24 hours I received a call from David he is in China. He was very helpful and went out of his way to help me. He sent me the part I needed and gave me credit for what I paid to install the new part.My wife and I love the bikes and not to worry if you need help David will take care of you.

Ever since I got the bike the breaking system didn’t work. It’s been a year and still doesn’t work.

Very well built. Just wish i had read more reviews about the peddle height. They are so low to the ground you cannot peddle and turn a corner. Makes it very uncomfortable to ride. Buyer beware.

Overall I think this is a really great bike for the money!I gave it 4 stars because I think there are a couple little things that could be better.#1 Low ground clearence. I was able to solve this on my bike and after talking with customer service I think they are working on it and would be willing to send you the rear suspention that will lift the bike.#2 I bought two of these bikes and both my wife and I felt like the gearing for the pedals was too low,I was able to purchase a larger chainring on Amazon that solved the problem. here is the linkhttps://www.amazon.com/dp/B08TSZ5FDQ?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details&th=1#3 This is a fairly large bike, even though it doesn't look that big in the pictures. The bike weighs in at over 70lbs and can be a handful for a smaller person. The Amazon details listed the bike as riders from5'1" but the bike's brochure had a height range starting at 5'3" My wife is 5'1" and although she loves the bike, getting on and starting/stopping is not nearly as easy as it is for me.Overall I think it's a great bike and after doing a lot of shopping I thought it was the best bang for the buck.The bike has lots of power and good battery life. the brakes are hydraulic and work great. The gears shift smooth and the suspension makes for a nice ride. I like the alloy wheels, I don't even want to think about adjusting spoke wheels! The bikes are great looking with really nice paint, every time we go for a ride people comment on how nice they look.Bottom line, I think it's a great bike that can be made even better with a little tweeking

This was the only bike like its type that was available when I was shopping for one. The seller was very communicative and even helped send me a replacement brake lever for free that was an easy swap, The battery life gives me 42miles on level 3/4 and can reach up to 28mph easily. The only complaint I had was the seat bracket wasn't very stable but I replaced it with a suspension seat post. I get a lot of compliments and looks while riding. Thank you for a good product.
