Really super duper
Worth the price. Very pungent black truffle flavor. It's probably 80% mushrooms and 20% truffles, but it works great. The mushrooms are a great medium for the truffles. 1000 times better than infused salt or oils or mayos. Get this!!!

Good but not the best
We have used most of the jar, it tastes “OK” but not great. We used this one in both spaghetti and bruschetta and it was a little salty and not strong on Truffle. I am not an expert by no means, but have used a lot of different Truffle Sauces and just my opinion, I have tasted better.

Kind of similiar to 'Pesto' in ways. Versatile.
I saw the jar said to be used in 7 days and I became obsessed.1. Pierogies - The Sauce aided with the taste over baked as well as previously boiled, but the best use of it turns out to be boiled, dried, and then sauteed with truffle sauce and some butter.2. Scrambled Eggs - In addition to the truffle sauce there are black olives and feta as well as some whole milk. These turned out fantastic. The truffle sauce added a great flow of flavor through-out all of the eggs and were great with both feta cheese and the kalamata olives.3. Baguette - This works out decently. The truffles should be chilled. Oddly enough, I added a little bit of salt to taste.4. Pasta - As pesto given the oil, this is a fantastic use, and knowing the price of pesto, works out very well. If I had to purchase this again, I would likely try for a smaller size. It didn't take too much of the sauce to spread out evenly throughout a fairly large batch of pasta.5. Shrimp - The shrimp was stir-fried first with some curry and was dipped into the mushroom salsa. It tasted decent but it turns out a spoon is better to use to have enough salsa to take note of the flavor.6. Ground Turkey (white meat) - I've had chicken mushroom melt forever, I had some ground turkey, and I thought. Why not? Well, perhaps because it doesn't work out very well and there are cheaper things to add to ground turkey that make far more sense. This would probably have been a great idea with dark turkey meat.7. Popular Wheat Cracker - I don't recommend this, actually. The oil doesn't soak into the toasted crackers and is problematic. When using crackers, one should consider something that soaks it up. A saltine works very well, because while having this with bread I ended up adding some salt anyway to taste.
