Note - there are 4 pads in each pack. These gell inserts are a brilliant relief if you have achillies tendon issues - or if you want to avoid getting problems in the future. Advised by my physio they raise the foot angle so you are not filly extending the tendon when walking or running they also provide a significant gell cushion to the heels. They stick securely In you shoes and have seriously taken the limp out of my running.Great item and fast delivery.

I love low tops and basketball shoes, but I can't wear them all day or walk in them long distances, like when touring a city on holiday. Blisters are a constant battle, and I tend to easily get inflamed arches.None of that happens with these shoe gel heel raisers!These inserts are a revelation. The gel cushioning is fantastic, absorbing impact and providing incredible support: you don't really feel them, but the posture of the foot changes and I get no blisters, no inflamed tendons, no stiff calf...Whether I'm at work for eight hours or walking long distances in town, my feet simply don't have any issue. Ever.This inserts really adjust how my foot sits in the shoe, preventing any uncomfortable rubbing or friction, and removing that feeling of "flat bottom" that many low top shoes have.I just wear them with any pair of shoe I use actually, just to be sure, as they just make every pair absolutely comfortable.These inserts are also discreet. They fit snugly inside my shoes without raising my foot too much, so they work seamlessly with any style. Plus, they're reusable and easy to clean, but they don't really need much cleaning to be honest...A must have.

They're alright not brilliant.

It's taking a bit of time but slowly working.

These heel pads (for 2 pairs of shoes) are not particularly soft, but it seems the slight lift they give to the heel helps to disseminate the pressure from heel strike so that (supposedly plantar fasciitis - but I suspect wear and tear on aged heel fat pads) heel pain not present on walking. I still find it uncomfortable to walk around the house with bare feet or flat/ordinary shoes, so wear built up soft heel running shoes and then these pads in walking shoes/boots which enable me to do over 5 miles X-country/hill walking in comfort. There is a slight stickiness to both sides of the pad but this does not cause full adhesion to socks or shoes - just enough to stop the pad sliding about when walking. The pads do not sit on the bottom of my walking shoes as the latter are cup-shaped anyway, but no problem as they sit into teh shoe's heel once feet are in the shoes. Quite transformative as I was unable to walk any distance without them despite lots of physio exrcises for calf and sole stretching and strengthening.

Has really helped the pain in the bottom of heel. Cushions nicely. Can now walk properly.

Llevo más de un año usando estás taloneras, ya que me salió un espolón calcáneo y a mí me están dando muy bien resultado. Las uso en el trabajo y fuera de el y no tengo dolor. Hace unos días antes de volver a pedirlas mi talón ya me pedía que las cambiara por unas nuevas, y la verdad vuelvo a caminar sin dolor.

Ich wollte die Einlagen mal ausprobieren. Nach kurzer Zeit wurde mein Fuß besser. Die Schmerzen sind nicht weg, aber es ist deutlich angenehmer geworden.
