Seems like a decent little product. Perhaps a little light in construction, so I would not suggest dropping or tossing it around. Seems like it could be damaged or crushed fairly easily if not taken care of. Haven’t tested weather proof or battery life yet, but it worked fine for lighting cigars/small campfires if done right. Honestly a better alternative to me than a zippo lighter that requires maintenance of fuel/new packing/flints, etc for general use, but I feel like a better option could be chosen if you’re looking for an actual, durable survival tool. Also for the purpose of lighting cigars, helps to keep the flavor pure.

Battery life ain't very long lived

As a lighter it's not bad. That said, my main reason for 4 star review is that this thing emits a high pitched, loud noise every time I light it. I dont like it but it isnt overly bothersome to me as a human but my service dog freaks out every time I light it. I think it hurts her ears or maybe it just drives her nuts but either way I just wanted a lighter, not a dog whistle. If you do want a dog whistle that is also a kinda cool lighter then this one is for you. As a service dog, Bella is supposed to stay with me & pay attention to me. She can't do her job properly when I light this lighter so I will be giving it away as a gift to a dogless(and catless, just in case)person. If you don't have a service dog, pet dog or cat(in case it bothers them too)then this will be fine. As far as functionality goes it works & is kinda neat. Who knows, maybe the dog whistle could come in handy if you encounter a wild animal but then again it could make them attack you haha.

These are cool toys. The ones I got work fine. I don’t smoke so I guess they’re a novelty for me. Still cool.

Works great in wind!

This product met my expectations, which were admittedly low. It works just how I thought it would - rechargeable battery, simple ignition, largely wind proof. The product I was sent had a small non-performance affecting issue that the seller promptly and satisfactorily resolved. I would have no hesitation buying this product from this seller again if I needed another one!

Not quite what I expected. Not totally happy with it.

The main reason I purchased the lighter was for the light, Plus it’s supposed to be able to be used and a storm with a lot of wind but it does not work when it’s a lot of wind it all. I have spent so much money with Amazon and it seems like I’m getting disappointed in almost every order there is me other stores online that have and do the exact same thing so I think I’m going to cancel my prime membership and delete Amazon from my contacts unless it is rectified immediately!!
